Terrazzo Floor Repair

I have terrazzo floors throughout my home. Carpet had been installed over the terrazzo, and the tac strips were nailed into the flooring. When they are pulled up, holes are left in the terrazzo. Is there a way to repair this? I would like to remove all the carpet, and keep the terrazzo.
