Caulking

I had the problem of a gap on the top portion of my Chair Rail. To solve the probllem I used a white caulking into the seam thenn with a pice of Plastic with an edge on in 90 degree angle and removed the caulk holding it flush to the wall and top of chir Rail scraping the remainder away and had a perfect finish.
