Condensation On Windows

I also have problems with moisture on my windows, but I have a air-to-air exchanger. I just got the house this summer, but it is only 10 years old. It's my first home so I'm pretty inexperienced about these things. A few questions if anyone could help:

How can I check my humidity level in my house?

My exchanger said the winter percent should be set between 30-50%. If I still have condensation on my windows, what should I move the percentage setting to?

I live in Minnesota so winter temperatures right now are pretty cold.

Any information would be helpful!
