I havehad my Mcpherson flush-up toilet and have ordered parts from Fla. a few times. I last thing they sent me was a timer tube. My husband passed away 5 years ago and the plumber I called doesn't know much aabout it. Iused to call Mcpherson and tell them my trouble and they knew exactly what to sent me but I don't have their telephone number now.. It just won't suck it out and they checked and the water pressure is correct and the pipes are clear. Help
