I had a bad leak in the pipes of my sink. I didnt
notice it until the top part of the floor began to
break apart and noticed very soft spots and that
parts of the underneath floor was missing. Now I
have a hole in the floor and can see the dirt under the house. The whole is about 1 1/2ft wide
by 3ft long. The rest of the flooring looks good. There are no soft spots that I can feel.
Do I need to have the whole floor replaced or can I just replace the open parts?
