I have 9 interior oak doors that have a HEAVY Dark Mahagony stain on them and I want to strip this and restain to a lighter color. The original wood color is VERY light. I have used a belt sander and I'm going to go through a TON of paper this way. I also tried a Stripper that I bought at Lowes, but this did nothing.

Any suggestions. I have been told maybe a HEAVY bleach or to buy "metal friction" sheets for an orbital sander???

Thoughts???
