Need programming instructions for Hunter Indiglo

Just moved to a new apartment and no one knows how to program the thermostat. Hunter Indiglo night light model#: 44300,44350.
Please, someone send me instructions. Very cold in here at times and can't get the heater to kick on. Still nothing when I turn it to 90 degrees. WHY??????
