Hi. I removed wax from clothing by:
1. scrape off as much of the wax as possible.
2. Heat the area with a blow dryer and rub heated area with a wet, clean cloth that is a similar color to clothing. I used a washcloth that I dipped in hot water. As you are cleaning off the wax, keep the wet washcloth hot with the blow dryer. Most of the wax should come out.
3. Remove the rest of the wax spot with denatured alcohol or a cleaning solvent of your choice. I only needed a very small amount of the denatured alcohol, which I used on a clean washcloth. Remember, denatured alcohol, and most other solvents are very flammable, so handle them with care!
