I was told to buy insulation board or foam board. Then buy plywood and put that over it to cover the whole floor and have something to take the the carpet too, and to also give a little more insulation facto. Would this work or should I lay some 2x4 and insulate between then lie the plywood on top? Please help in desperate need.
P.S. The basement dose not leak and is dry.
