Nail Pops in Drywall

Construction of my house began in November and was complete in April. During this time, we had plenty of rain. After approximately 3 mos. we began to notice nail pops throughout the house. I would estimate approximately 300plus nail pops. My drywall was applied to my studs with glue and nails. No one can pin point a direct cause for the nail pops, due to the fact that I have so many. Some say the studs were to green, or the studs were to wet, or the drywall was wet. Can anyone tell me my problem?
