noise

Hello I live right smack in the middle of an air force base. And the jets that we have are augmented exhaust (afterburner)type aircraft. The double windows (2 pieces of glass) are what our base uses for our housing on base. That is about all i can tell that helps with the noise. We have lived on other bases with quieter jets but they seemed louder than they do here. Maybe its our windows or maybe not.
