I called Premier Baths after getting a brochure at a Home Show. My Dad is handicapped and has a hard time getting in to a regular bathtub so I thought this was the perfect solution. I made an appt having no idea what the cost was since the gal I made the appt with said they did not quote over the phone.
The day of the appt, 20 minutes before the guy was due, he called and said he had to get some lab work done and it delayed him. He was driving from San Diego to Orange County and he said he'd be out about 12:30. Well our appt was at 11:00 so I told him not to bother, we had other plans. I did ask him to give me an idea of the cost of one of these tubs with a door and without hesitation and without even looking at our bathroom, he said about $12,000. I told him, "don't call us, we'll call you!" Yeah, right. I was impressed with their bathtubs, but not with their rep or their price. There has to be something comparable out there and I will be checking out "safetytubs.com".
