The back of my property is lower lying than my neighbors' lots and pitches gently away from my house. There is a drain pipe at the back of my yard that goes under a road and into a small streambed.
During winter and spring, or after a heavy summer rainfall, the soil throughout the yard becomes saturated and unusable. Does anyone have a suggestion (other than filling in) for keeping my yard dry?
