I am in the process of purchasing a garage apartment that has asbestos shingles on it...several need to be repaired and I plan to rent the place once it is fixed up....does anyone know if there is a risk in having asbestos shingles that are quite old on the outside of the apartment? Please let me know. Thanks!!!
