#3 Yellow Pine Planks

We ordered #2 yellow pine planks for the first floor of our new home. After they glued and screwed the planks down, we discovered they had used #3 grade yellow pine planks. We can't ask them to remove them because they will destroy our floor trusses in the process. So my question is will we have problems with these planks someday? I am so stressed out about this.
