cracked grout around tub

The grout between the tiles on the wall is fine, however, the grout between where the tub and the wall tiles meet is cracking, and in some small areas, chipping off. The grout line is also very thin. The grout is the sanded variety, and the bathroom was recently remodeled (about three months ago) so this is brand new grout and tile. Any suggestions before I call my contractor, (who I wasn't exactly happy with). Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you.
