what you need to know is how many amps will the heater draw when wired to the 220 to determine if you can use the same wire.and then it must be a dedicated circuit.ever notice how #12 wire says 600 volts on it?post back for more info but from what you have said so far i don't think you want to go into your breaker panel.then do you have room for another double breaker?
