1. Principle not principal 2. Shrinkage not srinkage 3. shrinks not srinks 4. Effectively not effectivly (by the way, the nail stays the same length) 5. repairs not repears
Any competent advisor should be able to communicate well. This is well specified in your high school english grammar text book.
