Is there anything else downstream from this ?

Do you have a simple tester and the ability to remove the outlet.....?

SHUT the power OFF......can't tell which one?....shut it all off!.....remove the outlet leave the wires.....

Turn the power back on and check for voltage with the tester....you checked it at a working outlet first.....right? Black to white or grnd .....

Do you have power to the outlet?
