exhaust fan

i recently tore out my bathroom fan pipe and installed a new pipe with the old fan because the pipe was full of water (i also insulated the pipe like the old one)now the new one leaks too im running a 90 CFM fan is that enough and what do i do with the pipe could it be the vent on the roof leaking because im getting condesation on the insulation thats wrapped around the pipe


please help
