I presume you mean what we call ranch style in the west. I guess you are wanting to add a second story to it.
First thing you do is hire an architect to draw some plans, and go for building permits. This is a very major project that will start with new footings, and go up from there.
You can't very well just drop some module on it. And such a prefab would have to be custom, and very expensive.
