I had a new bathroom installed in may 03. In the last few months I am noticing yellowing of grout in areas where water doesn't hit. It doesn't form on sides of shower walls where water runs during a shower. I am getting yellowing of grout on tile ceiling of shower stall & on wall by light switches. In places that are nowhere near where water hits during shower. I have 2 exhaust fans in bathroom due to this being a townhouse & bathroom does not have a window to try & dissipate moisture. But I have never seen anything like this. If I leave a towel on bottom of tub after a shower, after all is dry I have little yellow spots on towel from dripping condensation coming from grout joints in shower ceiling. Anyone have any ideas? I cannot find anything or anyone anywhere that has a clue on this. Please help!!
