my kitchen cabinets are covered with what looks like plastic, which is peeling off around my stove area. Under the plastic, it seems to be some type of pressed wood. Can I peel off all of the plastic and paint them? If so, what prep needs to be done? What is the best primer. Any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
