the thremal expansion/contragction of hot and coldd water pipes over the years will cause the pipes to wear/burst

its known fact, like people are telling you that eventually your going to have problems

fix it now or fix it in 10 years when it bursts

the hot will go first as it has more expansion due to wider temp range

never embeed pipes in plaster/cement

never paint pipes
