consider putting french drain around the house. Dry soil by using dehumidifiers for a few days. consider installing more air-vents. consider installing exhaust fans to blow air out from the crawlspace. If you are not likely to be home for many days consider getting a sulphur spray to get rid of existing mildew. Consider using pvc sheet under floor joists to minimize mildew entering your living area. These ar some of the possibilities.
