I have the same situation, and the radius transition occur at corners as well as arched openings in a half-wall between dining and family room, and living room and hallway. I have found that if the paint color transitions are not too contrasting, the transition can occur on the center of the radius. Just mask down the center of the radius and paint. Viewed from any room, the transition is not noticable, but it can be difficult to get a clean line on textured surface.
A neat trick to decide where the transition should be placed is to use a strong light source in the room being painted, leaving adjacent rooms darkened. A shadow will fall on the radius, and that is where you want to make the transition.
