I live in Long Island N.Y. I am about to finish the second story of my condo. I heat by gas. I will use this space as a guestroom, office (occassional use). The door to the upstairs will be closed, so the area will be closed most times. I am looking for an efficient system of heat and a/c, and energy efficient as well. I am also trying to find the most economical installation. If I use a second zone of hot air heat I will have to install a burner for the upstairs which is about 670 sq. ft.
