Power comes to the switch: black wire connected to lower right pole of switch and white wire pigtailed to white wire of cable leaving the j-box and going to the light fixture.
Power leaving the switch and going to the light fixture: black wire connected to the upper right pole of switch and white wire as stated.
Power leaving the light fixture box: the cables black to balck and white to white are connected going to the exhaust fan.
