The Power/Black needs to "pigtail" to two switches.......Switch outputs (Two Blacks) to fan and light.......... The whites/neutral are all connected in the switch box......... Black and white to the light...... Black and white to the fan...... If they're both in the same fixture then they can share the same WHITE wire ................(three wire w/ground........)
