Hi Misty, BEG's probably right however, one other thing comes to mind. Call your local water department and have them check to see if maybe there is a break in a main or in your feed to the house. Also check you bill to see if it has increased recently (i.e., around the time the pump went into overdrive). Anyway, just another thought.
