Hi. Everyone. I am pretty new to remodeling and was wondering if somebody could help me fix some poorly painted walls. The walls are wallboard. The previous owner left lots of drips, roller marks and uneveness that looks really bad. What is the best way to fix this? Should I sand the walls? What type of sandpaper? Grit?
I don't think painting over will solve the problem. I think they will show through.
