we painted our kitchen and the paint comes off when you just take your finger nail over it , so we put kilz on it then repainted and it's doing the same thing, you can tell just by touching the walls that it doesn't seem to be drying and the paint comes off in big pieces when you take the trim tape off. what is the problem here? thanks
