The Briggs toliet 4400 -1.6gpf/61.pf came with my new home 1998 now it leaks inside the bowl comes from under the rim Why? I had the flapper replaced and that did not help How can I fix it the plumbers do not know Please help me Thanks Nancy Dupee (352)2590200
