I own a Neptune washer/dryer. Early on, I had to have a latch repaired. Rinse cycles not advancing, mold on door seals. Now the "repair man" tells me, there was no screen in some faucet inside the washer, so my water must have eaten through it. I say the part was never there and has been the root cause of the problem for a long time. Spin cycle doesn't work because door lock fried, taking with it some other control board. I have two teens, do I need my washer...yes I do!
