I have a problem at one location in a new house - The kitchen sink (at an island)has a recirculating pump and a 2 gal. min. water heater - I have hot water for the first min. or two after that lots cooler - then eventually to pretty hot - can your tankless water heater work at this location for constant hot water - - - -?
