My toilet runs. My house was built 19 years ago and the vanity runs across the top of the toilet, so it is impossible to get into the tank without removing the toilet from the floor. I have information on how to fix the insides of the tank, but I do not know how to take the toilet off the floor and to replace it when I am finished. I cannot afford to have someone else do the job for me. Can you tell me what to do?
