Talk to your local paint supplier. You should be able to clean your stucco with a cleaning agent, non-powder. Allow to dry and an exterior acrylic latex paint can be used. If you can get the paint with an elastomeric additive, do that. That will allow you to span hairline cracks. Pay attention to any caulking nearby also.
