YOu can try flushing more than once during your "visit" to split up the load. Otherwise take a shotgun and blast it. Half or more of the new ones are junk and you seem to have picked one. However even the pressure assisted models that flush really well are still dirty. The old ones used the swirling water to help keep them clean so even if you find one that doesn't clog you still need to brush more.
