There is no remover that will quickly eat through the face of your paper even if you score the paper with a paper tiger (And waste alot of energy doing the scoring). You can either steam it off one or two layers at a time, or try to knick a small edge or corner with a razor blade and peal the face of the design off leaving paper backing and glue exposed. Then use a garden sprayer to soak the heck out of the wall with hot water for about 8 minutes using two to three coats of water. Your final scraping will go fast at that point. You may have to Joint compound any unsuccessful tough areas and sand before painting. A 10X10 room should take about 1.5 to 2 hours of hard labor to strip in this fashion, plus any compounding to be done in addition.
