Removing linoleum glued to plywood

I have carpet glued to linoleum and that is glued to the plywood floor. I am installing a vinyl tile when all that is removed. What is the best way to remove the glue? I've been scraping for 2 days and can't get the backing and the glue off. I've got a lot more area to do and would appreciate any help!
