Re-installing the toilet.

I have removed the toilet in my bathroom because of laying down ceramic tiles that are a quarter inch thick & flooring that was a quarter inch thick. My question is when I hook up the water line to the toilet tank will I need a new line because of the half inch higher the toilet will be & do they make a flexible line that can be bought in different lengths, that I can use to replace the old line.
