I have a comfortmaker furnace GUH100A16IN installed in 1992. The problem I am having is the thing keeps shutting down and then I can not get it started. The heating guy thinks it is the pressure switch (which has been on order three weeks)but we have the wires jumped and it keeps shutting down. Sometimes we can turn it off and leav it for a few min and turn it back on and it will work for a few days, other times we turn it off and have to wait hours and then it comes back on. Does this sound like the pressure switch or do you think this will be a guessing game? We are getting a little frustrated the weather has been about 11 and we are not always home to turn it back on.
Any oppinions, has any one else had this problem
