I have a 20 yr old 1/2 hrse craftsman opener that is driving me nuts. When it gets about 12 degrees above zero it won't open the door, Goes up about 12 " and after 3 or 4 more trys, it works. The springs have been adjusted, and the door works fine manually. The force up and down are at their max. What should I try next? The door is a 10 ft raised panel one so it is not really heavy
