What parts exactly? Most functional parts (elements, switches, controls, etc.) should still be available for purchase. You can see what information is needed to get replacement parts for your appliances in the 'Repair Parts' section of my site linked below.
I don't think you'll find a manual still available but you could periodically check eBay as such things often come up for auction there. If you're a member or sign up with eBay, you can click the "Add to My Favorite Searches" link and eBay will email you whenever new items matching that search description become available.
