First off, this is a slow process. I was using a heat gun to remove the top vinyl coating but this produces what Im guessing is a toxic air problem, so probably get something scrap this off first.
THe second step is the Tar. The absolute best product to use is cheap. ITs Wall Paper remover paste. THis will do the trick.
