my daughter's labrador chewed part of her window sill. The windows are vinyl. My question is can we remove the sill by breaking the joint at the window ledge to replace it or does this go under the bottom of the window. Also how does the new sill attach to the boards could it be nailed or biscuits. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks robert
