We are just learning about a home with a wooden foundation. It is composed of "wolmenized" (?SP) lumber. The home has been in place for fifteen years. How can we expect this foundation to perform? Tell us the pro's and cons. Should we plan to replace it with traditional concrete at some time? thank you
