I am a electrical engineer with no experience with bowing basement walls.My house is 40 years old and two of the wall bow inward 1 1/4" and cracked.I don't want to use steel beams in the basement.I would like to have the bow removed and the basement wall strenthened. The house is built on heavy clay soil. I would appreciate if you know a good fix.
