Id go with the Bobcat: drive it in from under one edge and flip up large chunks. It should break up easy enough.

If I had this project to do, I'd seriously consider paying a local backhoe guy. He'll have a dump truck, know where to dump it (our landfill charges for this crap now, he may have a place that would take it as fill or for reclamation), and be able to bring you topsoil. Especially if its a big driveway.

One last thing, it might be wise to check with your zoning official first. Some towns require offstreet parking in certain residential zones, and it would suck to have to put it back after you tear it out.
