This is an update to a message I posted earlier. Again, I feel bad for my installer, because he is being taken also.
Have to agree with everyone else, Lennox will not say a word and stand behind the word of the warranty. Yes they will keep replacing parts, but, the consumer will keep paying the cost of labor. I can see the Frustration. I call it false advertising and flat out lying to the consumer. they are very careful to answer questions and absolutely have some one special to handle all calls. They must of figured it would be cheaper to keep replacing parts until the 10 yr warranties finally run out. Just make sure your warranty begins each time you replace something keep the receipts.
